Maurya works with top-tier partners and associates in several markets across the country, helping them find the best opportunities in local, national, and international law firms and companies. She has 12 years of experience as a legal recruiter, giving her an in-depth understanding of the constantly changing legal market.
Maurya joined Mestel & Company in 2004. Previously, she worked for The Boston Globe Newspaper in the Accounting Department, where was responsible for contract adjustments and maintaining large advertising accounts. It is here that she learned the importance of communication and attention to detail are critical. Maurya is now a firm believer that excellence lies in the details, and that if one pays close attention to the details, excellence will follow.
Maurya earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. in English from Boston College. She enjoys reading books from a variety of genres and spending time with her family.
