Mary leads Elevate Mestel’s national team as Vice President and is a highly experienced legal recruiter in the Partners, Groups, and Mergers Division with an expansive record of successful placement of partners, practice groups, and senior-level attorneys, as well as law firm mergers. She provides comprehensive recruiting services to law firms and corporate legal departments across New England and throughout the United States.
Mary is known for her strategic, consultative approach and deep understanding of the legal market. She consistently delivers high-impact talent aligned with her clients’ long-term goals, earning the trust of both firm leadership and top-tier legal professionals. Her success is rooted in strong, enduring relationships, candid guidance, and the ability to identify individuals who drive organizational growth. Frequently placing practice leaders and high-growth attorneys, Mary serves as a trusted advisor to decision-makers looking to achieve their strategic growth initiatives and candidates navigating complex market opportunities.
Prior to joining Elevate Mestel, she practiced civil litigation at a prominent Boston-based law firm.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
