As a Senior Search Consultant with Mestel & Company, Jay works with top-tier attorneys across all practice areas nationwide. He helps them navigate the legal market and find the best opportunities in local, national, and international law firms and companies.
Jay brings more than 10 years of legal recruiting experience, including his position at Compliance Staffing in Washington DC, where he placed lawyers and paralegals in top firms in the DMV area. Jay credits that experience as where he learned that long-lasting relationships can be made, even in the recruiting industry.
Jay earned his B.A. degree from Bucknell University in History. He enjoys traveling with his wife and 2 daughters.
