Hilary Worchell, Esq. Director, Partners, Groups, Mergers
Hilary is a member of Mestel & Company's Partners, Groups and Mergers practice in our Los Angeles office. Prior to becoming a recruiter she had a distinguished career as a lawyer, working for 10 years in the Los Angeles office of Arnold & Porter on products liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation cases. Hilary also worked as a Research Attorney for the California Court of Appeals, Division One. During law school, Hilary was a summer associate at Mintz Levin in Boston and was a judicial extern for the Honorable David Kenyon, United States District Court, Central District of Los Angeles. Upon graduation she clerked for the Honorable Barefoot Sanders, United States District Court, Dallas, Texas. Hilary's experience gives her a strong understanding of high level legal practice and broad knowledge of the Los Angeles legal market.

Lyndon J. Parker Managing Director
Lyndon practiced law for nearly 15 years, first as a trial attorney for the Chief Counsel of Internal Revenue, then as Assistant General Counsel to ARAMARK. Prior to entering private practice, he had been in legal search for 10 years. Lyndon is a graduate of American University and New York Law School. While attending the New York University Graduate Tax Program, he authored the first BNA Portfolio in the area of tax lien enforcement and priorities. He serves on several non-profit boards of directors, is an avid tennis player, golfer and runner, and is a former professional pianist.
