Confidentiality Policy

We’re committed to absolute discretion

Preserving confidentiality and maintaining discretion is of the utmost importance to Mestel & Company. No resume is ever released without the candidate’s explicit permission. Additionally, no client information is ever shared without authorization.

We take extra precaution at each stage in the search process to protect the privacy of our candidates and to respect the personal confidential nature of their information. To this end, when an employee joins Mestel & Company, they are required to sign a detailed confidentiality agreement geared to respect the privacy of each and every one of our attorney candidates and well as the confidential information shared by our clients.

We’ve worked tirelessly to develop our reputation for protecting the privacy of our clients and our candidates. It is a trust we are pledged to keep.
